Technical showroom
“I need cameras for a warehouse.”
TIMO asks about the surface and budget, shows the right kit on its screen, and walks the customer to the shelf.
Autonomous reception robot
BetaTIMO greets visitors, answers from your own data, and walks people through your location to the right shelf, office, or colleague. No app to install.
For showrooms, large stores, clinics, and public institutions.

TIMO is a new product, currently in beta. It works in real locations, but bugs can still show up. We fix them quickly, through remote updates.
What it actually does
Visitors don't install anything. They talk to someone who answers and walks with them.
It doesn't explain the way, it walks it with you. It sets off and leads the visitor to the shelf, office, or room. A screen can't do that.
From the data configured for your location: products, prices, schedule, house rules. When it doesn't know something, it says so instead of improvising.
When a human is needed, it alerts the right person. The handover flow is chosen and configured per location.
Where it works
TIMO owns the first 60 seconds of a visit, the moment people decide whether they'll find what they came for or walk out.

Technical showroom
TIMO asks about the surface and budget, shows the right kit on its screen, and walks the customer to the shelf.

Public institution
TIMO explains the steps, then guides the visitor to the right counter. No more queues at the info desk.

Hotel & restaurant
Depending on configuration, TIMO takes the reservation request or calls the right waiter. Meanwhile, it keeps the guest company.

Retail & supermarkets
TIMO stands in the main aisle and takes the questions your team hears all day: “where's the shelf with…?”, “how much is it?”, “do you carry this?”. It answers from your store's data and walks the customer to the product.
Its screen can show promotions or the product being discussed. And when the customer needs a person, it calls a colleague from the right department.

Real footage of TIMO
13.3″ touch display
Come closer to the screen. This is what a conversation with TIMO looks like at your location.

Step 1 · It listens
You speak normally, like at a front desk. No menus, no apps.
I'm looking for surveillance cameras for a 400 m² warehouse.
Step 2 · It answers
Products, prices, stock, house rules. When it lacks the information, it says so and passes the question on.
For 400 m² I can show you the configured options. If anything's missing, I'll call a colleague.
Step 3 · It guides
TIMO physically sets off through the location and takes the visitor to the right shelf or office.
The surveillance aisle is 20 meters away. Shall we walk together?
Step 4 · It hands over
When a human is needed, TIMO can trigger a configured flow: a notification, a form, or a handover to your team.
I can call a consultant or save your request, depending on how this location is set up.
Hardware
TIMO isn't a screen on a stand. It's an autonomous robot that moves through your location among people, safely, all day long.

What's next
This is what we're working on now. We show it openly, but we don't sell it as a current feature.
Walking beside the visitor, not just ahead of them. Needs a hardware accessory we're currently testing.
Handing over to your team on the channels you already use. The technical bridge exists; the first flow is in progress.
Richer answers, better grounded in your data, and clearer when the information is missing.
Getting started
The robot is set up on-site by a technical colleague you designate. We provide step-by-step tutorials and remote support. We don't come to install it physically; the procedure is built so you can follow it yourself.
The robot does a lap and builds its map. You follow our procedure, step by step.
You mark the aisles, offices, and key routes on the map.
Products, rules, offers, schedule. Everything it needs to answer correctly.
Pages, images, and instructions that appear on the display, in step with the conversation.
You choose what happens when a human is needed: a notification, a form, or a handover.
If you get stuck, the team helps via tickets (or directly, on Enterprise). You also see the robot in the operator panel.
